A research civilization,
not a claim factory.
The Institute exists to turn coordinates into maps that can survive contact with other minds.
It receives canon, field observation, software behavior, comparative research, and institutional questions. It returns labeled models, reviewable papers, educational frameworks, benchmarks, and evidence routes.
Atlas Mind is the Institute's common operator surface. In the Estate Intelligence pod, it resolves research and reconciliation intent to Janus and GARI, then routes approved work through Office Fabric. That contract is defined; continuous ARK2 and GAIA execution remains unpromoted until a current command-to-proof receipt exists.
